 Handling a warehouse with 10000 pallet position with food and non-food products varying across frozen, chilled, ambient and dry category.
 Handling a team of 4- Team leaders, 4-QC and 13 MHE operators.
 Handling products of customers like Sadia, Saudi Airlines which comprises a total of 42 customers.

 Ensure operation are conducted as per SOP and IMS procedures in place and report on deviation if any
 Ensure safety and preventive maintenance is undertaken on the MHEs and infrastructure is utilized optimally.
 Supervise loading and offloading of shipments and delegate housekeeping tasks regularly for optimum utilization.
 Preparing monthly KPIs and reporting it to Line manager on time.
 Ensure QHSE standards are maintained.
 Ensuring the Receipt Move Audit for all the inbound shipments are done on a daily basis.
 Ensuring the Shipment Audit is done for the pick locations on a daily basis. Receipt and Move Audit is done for all put away location.
 Ensuring the Cycle count is done in a timely manner.
 Conducting tool box meeting on a daily basis.
 Serving as the single point of contact between CSR and Warehouse.
