• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and material costing.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for technical clarifications.
• Prepare tender submissions, technical proposals, and commercial evaluations.
• Conduct cost comparison and value engineering to optimize project costs.
• Review material specifications and ensure compliance with project standards and
client requirements.
• Estimate labor, material, equipment, and subcontracting costs for projects.
• Maintain updated pricing databases for materials and services.

Assist in preparing variation orders and cost impact analysis.
• Ensure estimates are completed within tender deadlines and company standards.

• Prepare Mechanical Base Design Package aligning with other disciplines.
• Study client layouts, equipment details, site information, and investigation reports.
• Review engineering designs for constructability before contractor issuance.
• Ensure mechanical design meets code requirements and client specifications.
• Develop final/detailed designs based on the approved base design.
•
Assemble detailed design packages: calculations, drawings, BOQ, specifications.
• Prepare Engineers Cost Estimate.
• Provide technical documentation for mechanical designs including equipment specs
and scope of work.
• Evaluate Vendor offers and participate in Vendor meetings.
• Resolve client technical issues and verify requirements according to contract
specifications while ensuring quality assurance in procurement.
• Organize and plan work within assigned hours.
• Oversee site supervision to ensure contractor compliance with drawings, specs, safety
standards, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, BIM team, consultants, sub-contractors, other disciplines, and
offshore offices.
