As an Internal Auditor, majorly focused on the routine operational, sales and financial activities at Head Office and Branch levels to ensure the compliance of company standards and also evaluate, highlight the risks involved and recommend solutions in safeguarding the company interest.
Worked as an Assistant Manager in Accounts, HR and Administration Departments. The job role include complete general accounting practices with respect to cash handling, disbursements, payroll, invoicing, receivable recoveries, tax, utilities etc.
The roles for HR & Admin include hiring of candidates, interviews, appraisals, leave records, attendance, managing staff, housekeeping, procurement and other admin related responsibilities.
Assessed internal control systems, discover control weaknesses and made appropriate recommendations to the management.
Routine Accounting function i.e. handling of cash, generation of invoices, preparation of expense vouchers, cheques, utility payments, payroll and minutes of meeting.
