Working as Sales Engineer in Abahasian Neway Industrial Co ltd Group of Saleh & Abdulaziz.
Assembles Industrial Valves used in process industry (ex. Saudi Aramco) making of yearly sales target, making of business plan, ensuring achieving sales targets, exhibiting in exhibitions, interacting with supplier and customers and ensuring of supply of goods as per the customer’s requirements. (28-01-2015 to Present).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review and acknowledge receipt/acceptance of client PO/
Assign Job number and sharing acknowledged Po’s with all relevant functions for PO execution / handling.
Prepare an excel log of all client Po for monitoring purpose.
Reply to client queries on Po status.
Place orders (Aramco agreement/projects/open bidding) to our main supplier in China for raw materials procurement and keep record for monitoring of delivery status.
Coordinate with our vendor sales team on order processing and timely delivery.
Review Client inquiries and prepare proposals for submission accordingly
Offer/Proposal preparation for projects includes:
• Availability of product range as per client specs.
• If available, proposal is submitted to client as per required specs and standards.
• If not available decline letter is submitted with reason.
• Maintain a log of all submitted proposals for monitoring of proposal status
• Follow-up with client on status of proposals & expected date of PO receiving.
• Target to achieve and surpass a hit rate of 90% on submitted proposal.
• Address any inquiry from client including technical and commercial information
• Keep a close interaction with client to build a strong customer support through maximum customer focus.
• Participate any kickoff meeting/pre inspection meeting as project/contract needs

Work as a Production Planning Engineer in Astrofilms Plastic Division (Group of Ismail Industries ltd.) from (3-9-2012 to 1-1-2015).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: (Cast Polypropylene Film Line)
Receive orders from Sales team and prepare order status for monitoring
Prepare Production Plan for the Cast Polypropylene Film Line according to delivery dates/urgencies.
Discuss Production Plan with GM Plant on daily basis.
Discuss with GM to achieve monthly production and dispatch target
Size Analysis and Slitting Production Plan
Analyze the production thoroughly on daily & monthly basis so as weak areas could be identified and improvement could be carried out.
Planning of raw material for packaging
To plan the export containers
Control and Monitor dispatched department.
Coordinate with local transporters for smooth dispatches of goods from factory and reached at customer facility at time
