User Interface and Experience Design
1. Working with the Head of UX & Designfor creating and implementing the organization’s design language, design systems and online presence.
2. User research, gathering pain points, Ideating, Prototying and Implementation of solutions. Generating quantitative and qualitative data for user research.

1. Creation/maintenance of One.com’s main website. Creating new website templates for One.com’s website builder, that allowed One.com’s customers to create new websites.
2. Creating landing pages for SEO, SEM and Marketing, providing design assets to Marketing and product teams.
Achievements & Contributions
1. Product Design- Website builder: Worked with the Product managers on the visual, UX, and interaction designs of a website builder. The Website builder allows customers to build websites either from scratch or from templates provided, just by dragging and dropping components. Created the major components of the Website builder

2. Product Design-Online shop: Worked with Product managers on Visual, UX and Interaction designs of the Online shop. The online shop is a product that integrates with the user’s website to provide an end to end ECommerce solution.
3. Visual Design: Created 65 new and maintained another 40 website templates for the same website builder. In addition, I was part of the team that created and implemented a modern design system, and UI kit for the entire company’s website and products.
4. Marketing: Created visuals for over 50 Social media and Search engine advertisement campaigns.

2. Design the UI & establish UX for web and mobile applications for the company’s projects as well as it’s client’s projects.

En Pointe Technologies Inc, is a US (San Diego, CA) based IT & BPO company. En Ponte Tehcnologies (the parent company of Ovex) required an internal Business Intelligence Reporting System, for which a seprate BI department was made.

Touchstone Communications is a US Based Company that has outsourced it’s marketing operations to Pakistan.
Role & Responsibilities:
At Touchstone Communications, I had a variety of positions and roles:
1. As a Team Leader, I was responsible for manging a team of 15 contact center agents.
2. Given my sound understanding of Web based system, I was also responsible for working with the Development team to build portals that captured customer’s information and transmitted it over to the clients.
3. Reporting and report generation.
4. As a Team Leader, I was also responsible for participating in the BD Activities to promote services and develop new business.
