2. Direct taxes
• Review of monthly Income tax provision.
• Finalization of quarterly advance tax payments
• Preparation of Draft Annual Income Tax Return and forwarding it to the Tax consultants for review and
finalization.
• Review of withholding tax payment and filling the Monthly withholding tax statements
• Regular correspondence with the tax department.
• Day to day tax advisory on income & withholding taxes
