• Identify, source, and attract qualified candidates for all roles, including Directors, project managers, engineers, architects, Finance Experts, IT experts and skilled trades people for All (Disciplines) and doing 360 end-to-end recruitments. White-collar and Blue-Collar jobs for All (Disciplines) from all over the world.
• Finding the right talent for key positions across various disciplines within Engineering and Non-Engineering divisions.
• Building strong employer branding, attracting candidates by leveraging social media, and making our startup a more attractive place to work for all potential new employees for all disciplines from all over the world.
• Focused on working across all levels of hiring opportunities, including junior, mid, senior, and executive leadership job levels in both domestic and international markets for all disciplines.
• Maintaining recruitment data, participating in diversity and inclusion hiring discussions, ongoing candidate engagements, employee relations and welfare, and inspiring people at work.
• Closely work on onboarding and mobilization of all employees as per Saudi law. (Documents collection, Offer Calculation, Work Order, Preparing offers letter, Visa process, BI investigation, Local Transfer, New Visa)
• Lead the international talent acquisition team in recruiting for a variety ofroles across the business for both product and service organizations for both offshore and onshore. Also, did bench marketing in H1b, C2C, W2 roles.
• Hire across levels to lead talent hiring for the APJ, Middle East, East and West Europe countries, and North America regions.
• Primarily focused on USA, UAE, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Ajman, KSA, Oman, Bahrain, Singapore, India, Pakistan, Malaysia, the Philippines, and the UK.
• Supported leadership hiring in India & Pakistan. Drive global projects in the geographies of the Middle East, APJ, USA, and India for all the recruitment related activities in the IT industry, specifically in the USA.
• Supported business managers in the end-to-end product recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, document collection, offer release.
• In this process, I arranged meetings with managers and business unit heads, worked on succession planning and appraisal processes, encouraged leadership visits to client locations to connect with employees.
• I traveled to various client locations to understand and solve employee grievances, organized activities and month-end events and addressed.
• Worked independently or in conjunction with senior members.
