Responsibilities
 Leading the Civil Team consisting two construction managers (Earthworks and Structural Concrete works, survey team and Equipment workshop / maintenance team.
 Project management for complete civil works Earthworks, Structural Concrete, culverts and utilities protection of CTW 110.
 Controlling of all subcontractors (Saad Alhajri & Al Omaier etc. etc.) within the civil work.
 Construction management according to contract requirements of Saudi Railway (SAR) and Saudi Bin Laden Group.
 Attending Interface meeting with Royal commission, ARAMCO, SCECO and different agencies in terms of construction work.
 Actively Participating in On Going Tenders submission related to Railways.

Position: In charge Civil Construction Works
Responsibilities
➢ Controlling all civil construction activities of project as per Qatar Gas permit to work system.
➢ Responsible for the demolition of existing Propane compressor foundations and construction of new foundations in three trains (for the new compressor which is biggest in the world at the moment) in place Using Diamond Wire Saw cutting technique
➢ Controlling sub-contractor Gulf Housing and HILTI Saudi Arabia for execution of jobs.
➢ Construction of Boil Off Gas Compressor foundation, Vessels foundations
➢ Construction of pipe rack foundations including fireproofing of steel structure and vessels
➢ Preparation of daily plans & issuing targets to Area /Site Engineers and their follow up to ensure that planned targets are achieved. In case of any delay taking remedial measures in order to 'pull' the project back on schedule.
➢ Attending meetings with client as well as subcontractors.
➢ Ensuring that work is being executed as per Contract/Specifications/applicable standards.

➢ Controlling sub-contractors (CCTC, CAPE, Khansaheb, Awatco, and GTC) for execution of jobs.
➢ Extracting the direct materials/consumables from drawings, floating technical queries to different vendors/suppliers & getting approval from client.
➢ Arranging resources i.e. manpower, equipments, consumables, material etc.
➢ To ensure that resources like materials, labour, consumables, tool & plant etc. are mobilized in time and they are being utilized efficiently.
➢ Raising the technical queries to client, Attending internal meetings as well as meetings with client, Site visits to support site staff in all corners,
