- All conceptual and detailed design of HVAC systems, included the design concept/basis of design,
space allocation, design development, calculations, equipment selection, drawings preparation
and design review.
- Preparation of all tenders, the documents included drawings, BOQs and technical specifications.
- Create and Integrate BIM model and utilize BIM to generate project digital delivery.

- Design, site supervision and project management of the new construction and renovation
projects in VF premises and development of Data Centers .
- Operation and maintenance of VF buildings including Mechanical and Electrical activities
inside buildings and Critical Data Facilities.
- Managing and Optimizing the assigned OPEX/CAPEX budget for each VF Premises to achieve
maximum cost saving while ensuring business continuty.
- Manage, Control and lead all external contractors and vendors.
- Ensure that all contractors/vendors are complying with VF Health & Safety regulations.
