Main responsibilities include:
o Production Optimization and enhancement activities including Tubing Clearance/De-scaling,
sand/fill bailing, Perfs and Re-perfs, Acid Stimulation, wellbore cleanout, N2 kick-off, De-liquefaction
of loaded-up wells through N2-assisted well offloading.
o Well Production and performance surveillance activities such as PBU/BHP, PSP and RST Survey.
o Planning, Drafting well intervention programs and ensure proper execution and implementation as
per the recommendations by development team, providing technical support in wellsite operations.
o Plan & supervise of monthly & yearly reservoir monitoring and logging plans.
o Production / Injection Loss investigations & remedial interventions including Tubing conditioning,
De-waxing, De-scaling, Bailing, Tubing integrity, Pack-off installation.
o Supervise, plan, acquire, inspect, install and hookup Surface Production facilities on wellsite.
o Support the Well Integrity Team to identify wells with integrity issues and providing solution.
o Assure technology assessment and review for continuous improvement.
o Hands-on experience in costing, budgeting, technical presentations and concise technical reports.
o Tendering and contracting, technical / financial evaluation during procurement of new equipment
and services, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, Work orders at Maximo
o Liaison and close coordination with service providers for timely availability of the equipment and
crew for well operations on field.
o Apprise daily, weekly and monthly production and well intervention reports.
o Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of production data and reporting
o Team Leader of the Hazard Identification and Task Risk Assessment (HITRA) team responsible for
preparing the required Risk assessment for well intervention and logging jobs.
o HSE Focal point from Production Engineering Team and member of Life Protection Rules (LPRs)
Consequences Management Committee.
o Supervise, maintain, execute and ensure company HSE policies, HSE Life Protection Rules (LPRs)
and HSE rules and regulations in its true sense.

Main responsibilities include:
o E-line: Perforations, MPBT Plug, Dump Cement, PSP Survey, RST Survey.
o Wireline: PBU/BHP Surveys, Tubing Clearance/De-scaling, Flow control devices, bailing, tag
TOC/EOT, Jet pump/Standing Valve/Blanking Tool retrieval,
o Coiled Tubing: Acid Stimulation, wellbore cleanout, down-hole cavity creation, N2 kick-off, De-
liquefaction of loaded-up wells through N2-assisted well offloading.
o Hydraulic Fracturing stimulation to increase flow rates and decrease formation damage
o Chemical Injection & Gas lift Valves Installation, replacing & trouble shooting.
o Swabbing to underbalance, revive well and improve injectivity
o Production / Injection Loss investigations & remedial interventions including Tubing conditioning,
De-waxing, De-scaling, Bailing, Tubing integrity, Pack-off installation.
o Inspection & trouble shooting of 2-1/2'' H-type & A-Type Jet Pumps, fishing of stuck jet pumps.
o Redressing FB-2 Check Valve, FWG Plugs, CIVs, GLVs, H-type & A-type jet pumps, standing
valves & Blanking tool.
o Updating daily, weekly and monthly production and well intervention reports.
o Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of production data and reporting

Production & Well Completions)
o Production operations including Well Completions, Drill Stem Test (DST),
Wellhead/X-mas Tree testing, inspection and installation.
o Rig-less production operations including, E-line Operations, Surface Well Testing, Acid
Stimulation, N2 Kick off and Thru-tubing operations.
o Planning & supervision of monthly & yearly reservoir monitoring and logging plans.
o Surface Production facilities planning, acquiring, inspecting, installation and hookup on wellsite.
o Tendering, budgeting and contracting, technical / financial evaluation during procurement of new
equipment and services, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, Work orders at Maximo
o Development of completion & workover design and job execution programs
o Liaison with all service companies for on time availability of all equipment and crew for well
operations.

• Project Initialization and Workspace set-up
• Production Forecasting and Optimization
• Production Data Integration from Avocet Capture to OilField Manager (OFM)
• QC and Verification of the Data pathway from Avocet to the destination, OFM for All Operated
and Non-Operated Fields of client
• Report Generation and Customization
Avocet Data Manager, Avocet Capture, Avocet Allocation, FieldXU
• Facility Modeling of all Oil & Gas fields of client in the Avocet Capture Software
• Handling Setups for All Operated and Non-Operated Fields of CLIENT
• Preparation and Quality Control (QC) of Data
