My responsibilities are entering day to day cash, expense and bank entries in software.
Preparing monthly statements like bank reconciliation, imprest, income statement etc.
Managing Support staff attendance and assign and look after their duties.
Staff appointment document and their salary preparation, transfering etc.
Managing students files, updating teir record in system.
Preparing daily vouchers & entering in system.
Staff salary preparation & disbursement.
Stock taking on monthly basis.
Helping senior accountant in finalizaiton of account yearly basis.
Bank reconciliation, parties ledger reconciliation.
