• Define and Implement I.T Policies, Procedures and best Practices.
• Deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support all Infrastructure systems, including Servers, Operating Systems, Hardware, Software and backup systems
• Auditing of Servers/Systems/Network Equipment’s in CAA Data Center
• Supervising I.T Helpdesk as a Team Lead.
• Perform Maintenance of WAN/LAN connectivity and will ensure that all authorized PC's / desktop computers connected to the WAN/LAN are in smooth operation.
• Coordinate with Vendor's (Teams/Engineers) regarding WAN issues/problems of WAN as and when desired.
• Evaluating user needs and system functionality and ensuring that ICT facilities meet these needs
• Providing support regarding hardware, software and network related Technical issues/problems
• Look after problems at conference Hall regarding multimedia support and internet connectivity as required.
• Look after new software and hardware components installation including operating system as and when required.
• Maintaining the inventory of all IT Equipment installed and Maintain record of all cases of repair / Maintenance / up gradation of I.T hardware.
• Supervision of repair and maintenance of computers / Printers/ Scanners / Multimedia / Audio Video Conferencing Unit through annual maintenance contract or from local market, as the case may be.
• Regularly deals with vendors, placing orders, learning of new products and services, gaining diagnostic help
• Procurement of Technical Equipment and taking Backups
• Ensuring the security of data from Internal and External attacks
• Provides Training and Mentoring to Computer Assistants and clients.
• Installing new software and hardware components.
• Regularly evaluating IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
