Test pack Verification and punch listing of piping
Inspection Schedule Preparation
Interpretation / Review of Engineering Drawings
Preparation of Quality Procedures, (QP, ITP) based on Client requirements
To attend the pre inspection meeting with client for Project requirements
Assigning of inspection activities to Quality Control Inspectors
Raising of non conformance reports on QC violation findings
Approval of As-built of Piping Re-routing, additional support & field joints in isometric drawings.
Line walking and punch listing of RMC (Ready for Mechanical Completion) test packs of piping and verification inspection of punch killing
Witnessing of Hydro test, Leak test, Pneumatic test, Flushing/Air Blowing activities.
Coordination of all inspection and testing activities with project execution team, preparation of inspection & testing schedules, assisting QA/QC Manager on implementation of quality control program and conducting / reporting inspection and testing as per ITP.
Supervising NDT (RT, DPT, UT and MPI), Preheating, and Post Weld Heat Treatment of the welded joints as per Designer’s Specifications and WPS.
Supervising Welder Qualification Test (WQT) and preparing records.
Monitor & follow up the timely close out of Non Conformities, Corrective Action Requests (CAR), Preventive Action requests (PAR) and Field Trouble Reports (FTR)

RESPONSIBILITIE
Inspecting the weld fit-up of joint prior to root pass and visuals inspection of final weld.
To check all repairs are perform correctly and NDT are regularly repeated
To conduct all required tests in accordance with contract documents and to prepare fill in and sign in all reports & forms as necessary for the compliance with contract quality documents.
To check field weld and consumable comply with project qualification.
To visit the construction site daily to check whether all works, material, are with QA/QC programe.
Identifying and issuing non-conformity as observed during works .
Preparing the welding inspection and material traceability and updating the same
To keep a report file for all non-destructive testing

Witnessing welder performance qualification and recording actual parameters for PQR.
Daily Fitup and Welding Inspection.
Repair marking of welded joints from Radiographs.
Co ordination of NDT activities.
Maintaining record of welders and preparing Welder Cards.
