LOGISTICS MANAGER: Managing outbound fertilizer logistics across Pakistan from allocation planning till execution. Managing dispatch volume of ~1.5 MMT per annum or approx...4500 MT per day production. It involves comprehensive demand and allocation planning, Transport management through OTM.

Effective planning for cost saving source either trans-shipments or plant across marketing regions, regional budget planning and deployment of resources, warehouse acquisition, lease & handling agreement through negotiated rates with vendors. o Launching and development strategies for new products.
o Examine and analyze statistical sales data to forecast future sales target (monthly and yearly) and market trend.
o Maintain a comprehensive market intelligence information.
o Achieve sales & advance collection targets in the assigned territory optimizing the available resources and market information.
