Carried out all routine testing for preparation of Embankment, Sub grade, Road base, A/c Base course, Binder course and A/c Wearing course layers, and .Preparation of Asphaltic Cement and Concrete mix design. Conducting field density tests for roads and all kind of utilities and services trenches.
Carrying out Testing of Construction Materials, of Soil, aggregates and asphaltic Concrete. Preparation & Documentation of test Results Preparation of Asphalt & Concrete Mix Designs as per Specification. Temperature, Gmm, Marshall preparing, Extraction test, . Core Cutting.
Responsible for Asphalt & Concrete mix designs verification.
Responsible for the checking of earthwork, concrete & asphalt works.
Coordination for sampling and submission of all kind of materials used in Road &
Structure/infrastructure works.
Aggregates, Sub Base, Wet mix, , GRP, UPVC & RC pipes, Road marking material etc.
Supervising pouring of concrete and laid of hot asphalt.

Preparation of Method statements, Quality control Procedure, Inspections and test Plans
Control signing and distribution of quality control documents to ensure the work is
executed fully in accordance with requirements of the contract specifications and
approved shop drawings.
• Conducting Quality control tests on soil, aggregate, sand, cement, etc., for finding their suitability to be used in Embankment, Sub grade, Sub-Base, and asphalt mixes, etc., as per ASTM, BS, AASHTO and Contract Specification.
• Testing of Soil such as Sieve Analysis, Plastic and Liquid limit. MDD and CBR. Aggregates tests like Sieve Analysis, Specific Gravity, Soundness, Loss of abrasion, Aggregate Crushing Value, Impact Value, Clay Lumps, Friable partials, Flakiness and Elongation Index and chemical tests like Sulphate and Chlorides test. Concrete testing such as Compressive strength of cubes and Cores, Durability test of concrete like, RCP test, ISAT, Water impermeability test and Absorption test.Kerbstone and Paving blocks testing in laboratory as per Project specifications and relevant BS, ASTM and AASHTO standards.
• To analyze and evaluate the data, including test results obtained by the contractor during soils and materials investigations.
• Aggregates, Sub Base, Wet mix, , GRP, UPVC & RC pipes, Road marking material etc.
• Supervising pouring of concrete and laid of hot asphalt.
• Responsible for the all supervision of laboratory activities.
• Ensure the adequate resources are maintaned in the laboratory for performing the tests as per standard requirments.
• Responsible for testing of soil, aggregate, asphalt and concrete samples carried out in the laboratory as per the international standards.
• Inspection and Responsible for concrete pouring & design following.
• Responsible for footing, foundation beams & columns.
• Supervision of water proofing application, epoxy coating of structure.
• Estimate quantities of fresh concrete, material storage.
• Inspection of soil tests, in-situ density and concrete tests & asphalt tests.
• Execution of site activities as per approved drawings and schedule.
• Estimation and requisition of materials.

(b)Aggregates Sieve Analysis, Specific Gravity of Fine & Coarse Aggregate, Soundness, Loss of Abrasion, Aggregate Crushing Value, Impact Value, Flakiness, and Elongation Index, Sand Equivalent.
(c)Concrete Compressive strength of cubes and Cores, Durability test of
Concrete like, RCPT, test, Water permeability test and Absorption test. Kerb stone and paving blocks testing in laboratory.
(d) Asphalt Sampling & testing of Asphalt. (Extraction, Marshall preparing, Gmm , Core Density, VIM, VMA, VFB. Prime coat & Tack coat) as per Project specifications and relevant BS, ASTM and AASHTO standards. (e) Helping Material Engineer in reviewing material submittals for conformance with Project specifications and relevant BS, ASTM, AASHTO.
Carrying out Quality control test for Concrete, Soil and Asphalt as per Project Specifications and Inspections of Material as per inspection and testing plan. Sampling of Sub base, Road base and Aggregate from the site and stock pile. testing at site laboratory and Independent laboratory as well.
Testing of Compressive Strength test at site Lab. Sampling of Asphalt mix from Plant and laying area for Extraction test, Marshall Preparation and their tests, Density, Air Voids, Stability and Flow. Preparing daily and weekly reports related to material testing and quality
