• Worked on Axial, Radial and bearing temperature monitoring probes and condition monitoring system.
• Worked on Instrument Air Compressors, Axial & Radial vibration monitoring systems. (INGERSOLL RAND, BENTLEY NEVADA).
• Worked on pumps Vibration probes and Sensors (HERMETIC).

• Done voltage gap adjustment, Fault rectification, signal forcing, axial sensors centering etc.

• Working on PLCs and DCS I/O modules (SIEMENS SIMATIC S7).

• Write and Maintain the Equipment Maintenance Report on SAP after Overhauling, Breakdown and Schedule maintenance.

• Calibration of Pressure & Differential Pressure Transmitters (Rosemount, ABB, Yokogawa). • Calibration of Temperature Transmitters (Rosemount, ABB, WIKA). • Repairing & calibration of displacer type Level Transmitters (Foxboro 144LD, Level star). • Calibration of Humidity, PH & Conductivity Transmitters (Drager, Honeywell, Rosemount etc.). • Calibration of Vortex, Ultrasonic, Magnetic Flow Transmitters (Micro motion, MAGNETROL). • Worked on vibration probes, Proximity sensors • Worked at Ammonia and Urea Plants. • I have excellent experience in bench calibration and certification for all type of field & workshop Instruments. • Worked on master calibration instruments like Digital pressure calibrator (MC1), Temperature baths (JOFRA, WIKA), Fluke documentation calibrator, Dead Weight Tester etc. • Component level repairing of CCTV Monitors, Telemetry Boards, LCD Monitors, HMI Displays, Plc’s,  Switch mode Power Supplies, Laboratory Analytical Instruments & different type of electronic cards. • Repairing & troubleshooting of Public Address System (FITRE). • Repairing & troubleshooting of Intercom Systems (Ring Master, ALPHACOM). • Repairing of O2/CH4 gas monitors (Crowcon). • Repairing/Servicing of Tetra radios (Motorola, SEPURA). • Installation & repairing of EX & Non-EX CCTV camera Systems (Panasonic, JVC, PELCO, HERNIS). • Optical Fiber Splicing (Sumitomo).

• During working in this plant, I have worked on Level, Pressure & Temperature Transmitters, DP Transmitters (Rosemount, Yokogawa, Bailey) Control Valves, and Piston Cylinder Type Butterfly Valves, Positioners, PID Controllers & Thermocouples. • I have repairing experience of (HPLC) Liquid Chromatograph (Waters Millipore). • I have repairing experience of Carbon Sulfur Analyzer (LECO Model 244). • I have design experience in Relay Logic Control Circuits, Instrumentation panels, Control Loops and TTL/CMOS logic Circuits. • Design experience of electronics schematics & PCB’s in ORCAD. • Repairing experience of ICP Spectrometer Analyzer
• I have worked on Data Acquisition System (National Instruments) with 100 Input & outputs. • I have also repaired Ultrasonic welding machines, ARC and TIG welding machines, Temperature Baths (heato frig), Digital scales, Tower Cranes magnetic break control cards, CRT & LCD Monitors and PH Meters (METROHM). • Experience in installation of CCTV IP cameras, UTP Switches, SFP modules on optical fiber network, indoor cameras, Dome cameras and Digital video recorders (DVR). • Repairing experience of Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS). • Also design & repairing experience of Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS). • Familiar with electronic components, Test Instruments (Digital multi meters, Analog & Digital Oscilloscopes, Function Generators, Fluke Process Calibrators, Hart Communicators etc.) and GPS/GSM modules. • Also worked on ATS/AMF Controller Boards & Panels.
