 Track the progress of construction and prepare reports on the metrics of progress.
 Ensure that the correct concrete is ordered and is to the mix design specification.
 Keeping work to program & monitoring the construction activities.\assisting building inspector for inspecting plots and verifying plans for issuing building permit and land surveying.

 Monitoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output for the projects.
 Preparing and reviewing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Project Reports.
 Conducting weakly safety site walks to ensure the implementation of Project HSE Plan.
 Reviewing of Logistics and Mobilization Plans
 Conducting site meetings at regular intervals.
 Coordinating manpower planning and planning for competency building.
 Inspect all workmanship and material.
 Coordinate the supply of vertical and horizontal controls for the Contractor.
 Review and approve the Contractor’s shop drawings.
 Locate, execute and interpret all soils and materials testing according to the provision in the
Contract Documents and Specifications.
 Check personal, equipment and materials costs for all Variation Orders and Change Orders
required under the terms of the Contract.
 Prepare Variation Orders for all ‘Additional and New works.
 Preparation of the Monthly Report.
 Inspect safety conditions and inform the Contractor of construction safety violations and follow up action to be taken.
 Review, update, monitor and report on the Contractor’s work schedules.
 Monitor and report on progress of scheduled utility relocation work.
 Review all construction activities regarding compliance with specifications and local Authorities.
 Check and approve ‘as-built’ drawing submitted by the Contractor.
 Check and approve the final payment certificate submitted by the Contractor.
 Coordinate and report on demand of the client, advise and follow up clients advises.

 To ensure that all scheduled construction is properly executed and all required specification has been carried out.
 Monitor and maximize utilization of construction facilities.
 Prepare construction program for the supervised area of the site based on overall project program and ensure compliance.
 Responsible for all site works including water proofing and with coordination with other job related departments such as Quality Control, MEP, Pre-cast, Joinery, GRC and POD factory.
 Checking weekly progress. Forecasting manpower Activities, materials and safe working conditions.
 Attending construction and safety weekly meeting and reporting all the finished activities to Project Manager.
 To submit the Inspection Report & getting approval from the consultant in all civil activities.
 Checking measurements, reinforcement, pre-stressed and post tensioned elements, concrete quality prior to casting and/or erecting the structure.
 Handing over to the authorities prior to receiving their approval.
 Repairing concrete works.
 Controlling and best utilization of manpower, preparation and submission of various site reports to Project Manager
 Certify sub-contractor progress running bills while verifying claimed quantities with actual progress / inspections and drawings.

• To supervise construction site as per design, serves as the project manager for assigned projects, including establishing design goals and project milestones, prepare management and council reports, issue change orders, and manage consultant performance during the contract.
• To supervise professional, technical, and field employees in reviewing the work of outside consultants and contractors, or for in-house preparation of plans, writing specifications, and inspection of construction work.
• To prepare scope of professional services for design work and coordinates the advertisement for consultant submittals.
• To evaluate design and cost proposals for public works projects submitted by consultants.
• To coordinate consultant submittal reviews and meetings with other divisions and departments.
• To develop program and project budgets, schedules, work plans, labor utilization, and cost estimates / projections.
• Inspection of site activities with approved drawings and to ensure with the specification and method statement.
• To ensure the materials used in as approved.
• Review of submittals and shop drawings.
• Monitor the safety measures and quality of activities.
• Preparation of monthly and daily progress report

• The main responsibilities are survey, planning of project and preparation of Project Estimate, DOs, Amendments, Rate analysis, Financial analysis, Cost Effects.
• To supervise Building Construction, Electrical works, checking & verification of Bills for payments to contractors.
• Inspection of site activities.

• During this period I also handled maintenance of buildings of the Cantonment and maintained store ledgers properly.
