 Dealing issues related with both staff and customers

 Inventory Management: Create purchase orders weekly for all necessary items, enter stock receipts and do weekly/monthly stock take
 Calculate and evaluate wastage and variances report with action plane
 Motivate staff members and conduct staff coaching and counseling sessions
 Ensure that all company targets are being achieved successfully and increase revenue generation
 Make both proactive/preemptive maintenance reports, Expiry checklist and IT health checklist
 Organize and conduct monthly team meeting; Compose meeting agenda
 Treasury Management: Manage and supervise all aspects of cash flow
 Conduct weekly CCTV audits and compile report accordingly
 Perform monthly score card to ensure audit preparation
 Liaise site related issues with HR, accounts and internal/external contractors
 Manage and approve all petty cash expenses

Health & Safety Representative:
 Ensure that Health & Safety policies and procedures are followed in the premises
 Conduct weekly Fire Inspection Record Check list, Monthly Health & Safety Inspection
 Conduct the yearly Risk Assessment with H&S manager
