Job Description

Design, develop and implement Talent Acquisition Strategy in line to the operational requirements and global objectives of the organization.
Manage end to end Recruitment Cycle and on/off boarding.
Advise and guide managers on Recruitment Process, Placements and International Motilities within the group
Manage end to end annual Performance Appraisal Process and build Training Plan in line to the operational requirements, succession plan and budgetary limits
Develop & update Career Development plan, skills matrix and manage internal/international motilities across the group
Prepare, maintain and monitor HR Budget on annual basis
Advise managers & employees on Compensation and Benefits and develop salary benchmarks in line to the market and UAE labor law
Ensure the Payroll is processed timely and approve the payroll on monthly basis being first approver
Develop & update HR Policies and Processes aligning them with IBM regulations and organizational objectives
Advise managers and employees on HR policies/procedures to ensure consistent implantation of HR policies
Develop effective channels of communication with Management and staff to maintain Employee Relationships, resolve disputes between employees and operational management
Maintain and update the Employees Handbook
Liaise with local Immigrations Authorities handle immigration issues and contractual disputes.
