 Full Recruitment lifecycle using direct sources primarily from correspondents, internal database, external job portals such as LinkedIn, RigZone and direct referrals.
 Liaise/meet with Department Managers to discuss vacancies and ways to meet requirements on a timely manner. Discuss desired candidate experience and background depending on the current situation within the department or on the field.
 Cold calling of candidates, arranging interviews, conducting reference checks, managing candidate expectations and provision of offer.
 Liaise with Recruitment Agencies locally and internationally. Involved in overseas recruitment campaigns.
 Generate manpower plan for rig start up, manning and ensuring manpower requirements are met as per clients requirements and timeline.
 Monitor and oversee the mobilization process on from visa application onto mobilization, arrival, in-country trainings and in-country settling of candidates.
 Ensure all necessary and correct documents/certifications are provided by the candidate and are in line with Oil/Gas Drilling regulations for Onshore/Offshore work in Qatar.
 Regular visits of Drilling Rigs both Onshore and Offshore to get a feel of the requirements on the field.
 Ensure that the full recruitment process is documented on the HR System, employee file and documents are archived and communication to both candidates and hiring or line managers are logged on to the system.
 Ensure minimal cost of recruitment process prioritizing direct sourcing and use of referrals, company website job positing, development of internal database and use of marketing tools to ensure maximum exposure to excellent and outstanding talents worldwide or from the drilling industry.
 Involved in the Localization or Qatarization project of the company, both in recruitment and provision of trainings and assistance to local (Qatari) employees in HR-Recruitment.
