necessary documents & Inspection.
Inspection of API Connections against applicable Standard API 7-2 (I.F, N.C,
REG, etc.
Inspection of Special Connections.
Perform Dye Penetrant Test on Chrome & Carbide Coating Surface.
Perform Fluorescent Penetrant Test on Brass Piston.
Generating the Non-conformance report.
To release product for shipment.
Calibrate the QC and Machine Shop Equipment.
Use Profile Projector, OD and ID Micrometer, Vernier Caliper (Manual and
digital) hardness taster.
To handle the various Gauges.
Checking Phosphate coating on all threads and connections.
Up to date the QC Documents and record like (Inspection record, Calibration
record, Surface Treatment record, Gauge Movement record, Purchase record
of Raw material, Non-conformance Report record and Licenses record etc.
Inspection of Hydro Mechanical Jars, Hydraulic Double Acting Jars,
Enhanced Hydraulic Mechanical Jars, Shock Subs, Flex Collars and Cross-
Over.
Conducting incoming inspections, in-process inspection and final inspection
of all tools prior to release to customers.
Ensuring effective storage and maintenance of inspection records and
documents.
Ensuring effective storage of tools in stores as per procedures.
Ensuring timely communication about the defects/ complaints noticed during
inspection to the QA/QC Manager and relevant department manager.
Reviewing Job card / repair card, COC and Inspection Reports prior to
approving product for delivery.
Review materials certificates and verification of traceability.
Review COC of re-chroming and new tools.
Review Mechanical test Reports and material reports.
Preparing release note and COC whenever necessary.
Witnessing tool function test.
Conducting dimensional measurements on all tools as per procedures.
Monitoring and managing site work progress according to the work
schedule.
Material Receiving at Site Warehouse.
Perform incoming material inspection verifies MTCs according to Code,
Project Specifications and Applicable Standards.
Visual inspection of incoming material, if there is any material damage,
deformation, bend / twist, paint issues, reporting accordingly to QA/QC
Manager.
Examining the quality of carried out works and installation as per
drawing/standards.
Assist in preparing Quality Procedures, MOS and Test Plan, as per work
requirements.
Verify and inspects the fittings, as per specification and Bill of Materials
Monitor and inspect nuts and bolts as per BOM (Bill of Materials) and
correct size and type according to the approved drawing and specification.
Visual inspection of H Beams, nuts and bolts, prior to installation.
Coordination with Clint Inspectors.
Verifying Production reports and planning it according to the Schedule.
Fit up checking, material verification & dimensional analysis.
Preparation Daily Fit-up, Inspection reports & Checklists.
Inspection of site before erection.
Inspection of Columns, Beams, Bracings, Posts & Misc. Steel members
bolt tightening as per AISC standards.
Inspection of Columns alignment & plumpness.
Inspection of fabrication & erection of Structure.
To check the fit-up stage prior and confirm the root gap, offset, bevel
angle is within acceptance limit.
Check the calibration and working condition of equipment’s.
Prepration of inspection check list for fabrication & erection of structure
as per standard & project specification.
Working as Mechanical QA/ QC during Expansion Project.
Inspection of all the fabrication activities according to ITP.
Visual Inspection of Incoming Material.
Reviewing of MTC's.
