Provide technical support to all departments within the organization.
➢ Install and configure computer systems, including necessary software and
hardware components such as printers and scanners over the network.
➢ Ensure data protection measures are in place and functioning properly.
➢ Troubleshoot and resolve computer, network, servers, and telephony issues,
providing both on-site and remote support.
➢ Manage assigned projects and program componentsto deliver services
within established objectives.
➢ Set up multimedia presentations and video conferencing systems.
➢ Troubleshoot and resolve computer and network-related issues in a timely
and efficient manner.
➢ Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical problemsreported by end
users, and provide assistance.
➢ Maintain logs issues identified and analyze the root cause analysis of
repetitive issues.
Network and network Printer management.
➢ Giving L1 and L2 Support to “SABIC Global ” school network
system.
➢ Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues
related to computer systems, software, hardware, projector, printer and
network.
➢ Giving support to Avaya and cisco switches, Firewall, Phones and Access
Point.
➢ Train Computer users and respond to queries either in person or over the
phone.
➢ Install computer peripherals, modify and computer for users.
➢ Giving support to IP Phones installed on network.
➢ Installing and troubleshooting required (company) software and different
settings.
➢ Installing and troubleshooting Window 10 and 11.
➢ Giving support to Access control system and finger print/attendance
machine.
Being a bachelor degree holder from a well know university in Pakistan which is accredited with Pakistan Engineering Council and Washington Accorded.
