Development of Baseline EPC Schedules followed by Look Ahead / Accelerated / Recovery Schedules (Up to required levels) by using P6.
• Monitoring & Updating Schedule, Computing Variance and suggesting remedial actions.
• Monitoring project execution and evaluating Performance using EVMS (Earned Value Management System).
• Generation / Updating of Progress S-Curves.

• Coordinating with commercial department, providing technical assistance in sub-contractor selection and making comparative statements, cost and time impacts for subcontracted activities.
• Monitoring project execution and evaluating Performance using EVMS (Earned Value Management System).
• Generation / Updating of Progress S-Curves.
• Preparation and Updating the Invoicing / Cash Flow Curve.
• Enterprise Resource Planning and generating Craft-wise & overall Manpower Histograms.
• Preparation of Progress Reports for Client and Management.
• Preparation of EOT (Extension of Time) Claims.
• Coordination with Client & Sub-Contractors at all levels.
• Attending Weekly Internal Office Meeting and preparing the Minutes of Meeting.
• Responsible for all planning activities on the project in accordance with the Quality Management Procedure.
• Plan out the Daily job on supervisor level as per the work front availability.
• The detailed planning of all stages of construction, including workers, equipment and materials.
• The construction phase, including site inspection and checking material, measurements and workmanship.
• Scheduling Base Line, Progress Tracking, Organizing Activities, Developing Bar Chart/Histograms, and Identifying Critical Path.
• Preparing inspection request and inspection follow up approvals, coordinating with Electro- mechanical
Services and quality management teams.
• Studying Structural and architectural drawings and execution on site.
• Preparing Bar Bending Schedules and monitoring steel re-bar fixing.
• Supervision of Concrete Works, installation of formwork, installation of reinforcement and involved in
QA/QC activities.
• Applying safety measures to prevent any accident and prevent construction structures from any climatic impacts.
Civil engineering is a professional engineering discipline that deals with the planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance of the physical and naturally built environment, including works such as buildings, bridges, flyovers, under passes, roads, railway tracks, airports, docks & harbors, factories, dams, barrages, canals, water supply schemes and sewerage systems etc
The intermediate of Science (FSc. Pre-Engineering) degree provides general exposure and education in many aspects of basic Scientific Enquiry. All courses with in the program are designed for the preparing the students and providing them with the basic skills of different engineering fields of Civil Engineering.
