Responsibilities:
▪ Solving engineering issues and Ensuring completion of different system installation works Electrical Power Monitoring and control System/LV SCADA, Fire Alarm & Public Address System, Small power & lighting etc
▪ Co-ordination with Sub-Contractor for Substation installation, Networking, ELV system. etc
▪ Pre-commissioning activities for Fire Alarm system.
▪ Documentation works- Following inspection request, site progress updating.
▪ Attending various site meetings related to work progress.
▪ Material management and follow-up with Procurement department.

Responsibilities:
• Co-ordination with Main-Contractor for smooth execution on site works.
• Checking drawings and Co-ordinate with technical team.
• Attending site meeting concerning the Progress work.
• Attending meetings with Client, consultants, technical team and managers of the project.
• Ensuring all the work as per the Specification and approved Method of Statement-MOS.
• Material management and follow-up with Procurement department
• Supervising and monitoring the 1st fix, 2nd and final fix installation of electrical services.
• Planning for material and manpower to achieve the target dates as per schedule.
• Handling Manpower and assignment of job.
• Supervising and monitoring testing commissioning activities and sorting out technical issues.
• Ensuring work according to DEWA rules and regulations.
• Preparing inspection requests, material submittal, shop drawing submittal etc.
• Preparation of RFIs for site requirements.
• Closing NCR and SORs by taking proper action at site.
• Attending inspections with inspectors from consultant, client and from DEWA.
• Updating and proper recording of the progress of work on daily basis
• Taking quantity of materials used in different type of villas using drawings and tabulating.
