• Budgeting and forecasting with periodical controls, variance analysis, management reporting and ensuring compliance

i. Review the reliability & integrity of financial, operating and other management information.
ii. To evaluate systems established to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, laws, regulations and recommendations thereof.
iii. Reviewing the means of safeguarding assets and, as appropriate, verifying the existence of such assets
iv. Appraising the economy and efficiency with which company resources are employed and identifying
v. opportunities for improving operating performance
Participating with other departments and divisions of the company in quality and planning issues

My main responsibilities are as follow:
• To maintain Accounts, Handle daily cash receipts & Payments, Banking and reconciliation of Bank Accounts.
• To maintain personnel records, prepare & disburse monthly salaries and supervise inventories/stores.
• To manage Taxation matters, liaison with Consultants, Auditors, Suppliers i.e Dawlance, Philips, National, General, Toshiba, Indesit, Morphy Richards & Candy and Customers (retailers) of Rawalpindi region as well.

Main responsibilities:-
• To prepare/maintain personnel attendance, leave and compensation records.
• Manage procurement and Inventory, Issue boarding and lodging invoices to respective customers and collection.
• Correspondence with the Factories site & head offices and Banks.
