Professional Experience & Responsibilities:
• Working as Field Engineer with Schlumberger DT&R
• Performing jobs completion recovery, whipstock, underreaming etc. for clients e.g ADMA, ZADCO, BUNDUQ, TOTAL etc.
• Worked on many onshore and offshore Rigs.
• Assisst senior hand on the rig site in operation and reporting
• Assisst Field Service Incharge and Product Engineer in town
• Plan and prepare proposal for Field Service Manager & Incharge
Key Responsibilities:
• The main responsibility is to ensure the quality standard of the company in the products
• Responsible for the complete inspection of inward shipments
• Perform stage & final inspection of shipments, collect the statistics and coordinate with respective departments to avoid recurrence of defects.
• Conduct customer inspection & Routine Type Tests and prepare reports and minutes of inspection by customers.
• Ensure proper testing of products
• Ensure consistency in quality of the product
• Monitoring and updating of quality related documents
Parts Development Responsibilities:
• Development of parts according to the customers specifications and demands
• Gather complete material and physical specifications of the OEM product
• Testing and complete checking of the developed samples drawing
• Prepare detailed report of the OEM product and Developed product
• To give the suggestions which product is better and what we should do
• Sourcing for the new development of parts
• Keep the information of every source separately and grade them time to time according to their product quality
Sales Responsibilities:
Demonstrating how a product meets a client’s needs.
Working with existing customers to help them get the most out of the products they have bought.
Providing sales support during virtual and onsite client meetings.
Liaising with both current and potential clients to develop existing and new business opportunities.
Identifying the customer's current and future requirements.
Identifying client requirements.
Reviewing customer drawings, plans and other documents in order to prepare detailed technical proposal for them.
Preparing reports for head office and senior managers.
Offering after-sales support services.
Conveying solution benefits to both business and technical audiences.
Demonstrating products, services and solutions to potential clients.
Preparing and presenting potential cost benefit analysis to potential clients.
Delivering presentations and demos to audiences.
Conveying customer technical requirements to the Internal Engineering teams.
Maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers.
Putting together technical instruction for customers in relation to the use, operation and maintenance of purchased products.
Travelling to visit potential clients.
Negotiating tender, contract terms and conditions.
Maintaining professional working contact with key suppliers and third parties.
