Responsibilities:
• Planning, organizing, scheduling, securing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion and achieving desired project goals and objective.
• Coordinating & monitoring work performed by field staff and sub-contractors; ensuring that project operations are in compliance with design specifications policies and regulations, established performance and delivery criteria, and ensuring that client requirements are being met;
• Preparing schedules so that the task can successfully accomplish in time
• Dealing with suppliers, procuring and ensuring material is always available on site and in best possible time, quality and quantity.
• Selection of sub-contractors and subletting portions of works to them at best possible rates

• NHA correspondent to J.I.C.A (Japan) on Modernization of Cargo systems in Pakistan, liaison with different functions, benchmarking and preparing reports
• Member of NHA Liaison team representing Pakistan at Euro-Asia Conference
Responsibilities
• Preparing monthly progress reports of ongoing projects across the country, reporting to the General Manager, involving communication and coordination with different regions and updating government ministries on project queries.
• Preparing Planning Commission (PC-II) feasibility Reports
• Analyzing Planning Commission (PC-1) feasibility reports of various Projects and preparing their anticipatory approvals.
• Business Process Reengineering of Project Monitoring and Evaluation Systems (PMES)
• Other ad hoc duties as given by the General Manager including budgeting and forecasting, analysis and commentary on projects, enforcement of project deadlines and schedules and facilitation of team and client meetings
• Expediting contractor’s in performing work in accordance with the accepted, procedures, technical specifications and standards.
• Identifying contract milestones, reviewing performance, also helping in resolving service provider performance issues if any, to maintain better supplier relation.
