Here i am responsible to implement Quality system as per ISO and schedule Q requirements to mange the PQI (Project quality index) at its maximum level.
PDA REVAMP PROJECT LUBEREF II (ARAMCO BASED OIL REFINARY) YANBU.
Scope of project:
• Installation and Pre-commissioning of DCS/ESD/MCM/UCP/LV and MV MCC Panels/IR Panels/Dry type transformers/UPS and PDP panels.
• Grounding E&I Panels/ Transformers/ Local gauge boards and Field/skid instruments etc.
• LV/MV motors installation/Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Activities
• Lighting Fixtures installation as per SAES and Projects Requirements
• Field Instruments installation, calibration, Pre-Commissioning and Loop test activities
Responsibilities and Skills:
Checking the conformity with the quality control plan, obtained the relevant documentation, check procedures and equipment to be used in test control and inspections, manage documents certifying test, control & inspection.
Executing the inspection and quality control activities on site, in material ware house and inside of buildings.
Conducted Inspection for all the Materials and Equipment received on site prior to installation to make sure that all materials & equipment are per specification requirements and latest version of Saudi Aramco Material Standard and Specification (SAMSS), NEMA, NEC and other applicable industry code and standards with complete documents (e.g. Material Test Certificate or Certificate of Conformance, Calibration Certificate, Instruction manuals & procedures).
Prepare Oversize/Over material, Shortage and Damage Report (OSDR) and submitting to QC Coordinator and Material Department.
Executed the supervision and coordination of quality control activities on instrumentation/electrical equipment and systems construction and installation activities
Executed the specific inspection on materials.
Issuing, follow up and approval of NCR
Preparation of QC documents for Mechanical Completion Documents (MCD) for review of QC Engineer and finally hand over to client.
Monitoring, review and inspection of all major activities related to quality of instruments construction work.
Attending weekly quality meeting with contractor and company Inspector to implement quality procedures at site.
Control of MOM (Minutes of Meeting) and follow-up the Quality Actions (Observations and Non- Conformance Reports).
Daily walk through of site to make sure work is ongoing as per ITP and Saudi Aramco Procedure.
Finalized As-built drawings, mark up, redlining and shedding of drawings.
Execution of works and comply fully as per standard and approved specifications.
Vigilant all the time and absolute sincere about the job execution.
Commissioning Activities and Functionality testing electrical & instrumentation works with Project Management Team trough Handover to the client.
Planning for all electrical and instrumentation activities and associated work requirements such as; drawings, materials and tools.
Responsible for the Electrical and Instrumentation installation which included above and underground cable routing, cable conduits & cable trays, Earthing and Lightning Protection, lighting system installation.
Installation of all Electrical Equip. Cabinets, Panels, and Motor control centers MCC, Instruments, Switchgears, Transformers, Variable Speed Drives VSD.
The ability to interpret ILDs, Single Line Diagrams & Electrical/Instrumentation drawings.
Follow up Instrument Lists, Electrical Consumer Lists, power& Instrumentation and control Cables lists, Diagrams (P&IDs).
Following up all Electrical, l&C Installation for HV & MV substations and plant control buildings and auxiliary buildings.
Following up all Electrical, l&C Installation for Fire and gas detection system, fire Alarm System, FM200 system, PAGA systems, CCTV System, UPS system.
Solve out Problem in the Field Rectification & Modification of NCR and Make As-Build if required and close punch list items.

Calibration and site commissioning of all field equipment. Level master, transducers, gauges, public announcement systems, and fire and gas detectors.
Initiate and follow up clearance of Punch List items during construction & pre-commissioning phases, as per CMS procedure; provide technical
Input to evaluate requirements with regards to specification, SOR and operability.
Having complete package of experience relevant to DCS/ESD (YOKOGAWA Centum VP) system Panels & Marshaling cabinets i.e. from material receiving to commissioning.
Function test, calibration and installation of PV, FV, LV control valves.
Installation of cables/conduits as per project requirement.
Excellent instrument calibration skills with appropriate usage of test equipment: HART 374 communicator, loop calibrator, temperature calibrator and Fluke Multi Tester etc.
Cable Glanding and termination of instruments junction box (JB) and Marshalling Cabinet (MC).
To assess any deviations from procedures or project requirements and make appropriate recommendation to the Management.
