Current Role- Country HR Manager and Rewards Lead
In my current role, I am leading a dynamic HR team across six business units. I am leading organization development that include HR & business strategy alignment, organization design, compensation, benefits, end to end Payroll management (including absence and time management), workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, culture and change management, leadership development and coaching, talent development, succession planning and HRIS.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS- Design, develop and implement of the compensation and benefits strategy whilst adhering to principles of best practices.
Monitoring and updating the organization’s salary structure, benchmarking, and researching salary rates and benefits.
Leading Performance Appraisal in group and calculate and propose Increments based on 4 factors (Comp Ratio, Budget, PR and LMR)
Drive annual Variable Income and Bonus exercise and quarterly Sales Incentives execution.
Develop Employee Rewards Schemes in line with business units’ strategy to develop efficiency.
Designing and evaluating job roles & responsibilities, ensuring accuracy for the work each role performs and aligning it with proper salary ranges and grading structures.
Leading Medical and Group Life insurance for ENPI Group.
HR BUDGETING: Projecting HR budget for the year by comparing the cost vs budget Month-on-Month and reporting reasons for variance. Working closely with finance department and other department heads in forecasting and finalizing HR Costs and Budget.
HR KPIS: Monitoring and reporting the HR KPIs to Senior Management.
PAYROLL & SALARY RECONCILIATION: Reconciling monthly payroll for six different Business Units and preparing final reports for the review of GHRD, CFO and CEO.
Ensure that all sponsors are green and not blocked in MoHRE system due to non-compliance, ensure to register the annexures in MoHRE system in advance for any unpaid leave.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: -
 Implementation of Talent Management Framework cycle.
 Synchronized and streamlined workforce planning, talent acquisition and Performance management system with business objectives.
 Implemented skills gaps analysis mechanism to identify the areas of improvements and for TNA.
Launched Learning model (70-20-10), Reshaped talent and OD function with business need and defined competitive Compensation and Benefits to retain the talent.
 Implemented Appraisals system, Variable Income, and sales incentive schemes.
 Evaluated 180 JDs according to point scoring factor methodology and assigned position.
Developed pay scales in line with peer group standard because of salary benchmarking.
Developed standard process for Payroll in adherence to WPS and MoHRE compliance.

Compensation and Benefits: -
Lead Annual PAS Cycle end to end and execution of Performance Development and Improvement plans.
Analyze statistical data, reports and suggest improvements to ensure alignment with market trends and improvement of organization’s pay, benefits, policies, and practices
Monitor the organization’s salary structure and benefits provision to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness of the group’s salary practices and participate in Salary benchmarking annual survey.
Conduct periodic audit to ensure that all Rewards practices follow group policy and labor law.

Payroll and Budgeting: -
Manage the payroll for 22 Business units across Obeikan group through Oracle and for SIG Combibloc through SAP HR for 3000 employees.
Supervise the accurate and timely payment of all staff salaries and expenses, making the appropriate statutory deductions HRIS for SAP HCM for SIG Combibloc and Oracle HRMS for Obeikan Group.
Costing and Budgeting for all group and update in TM1.
Member of TDC committee and suggest cost reduction plan and execute.
Finalize increment and Bonus calculations and update in system for all employees.

HR and SAP Payroll Specialist à SIG Combibloc MEA

Accountable for monthly Payroll process by cross checking the payroll reports with the actual changes in remuneration through wage type reporter and ad hoc queries in SAP.
Generate Payroll Comparison Report to review accuracy of the salary changes and submit to HR Director for approval, as per ISO requirements
Responsible in maintaining and updating HRIS (SAP - Payroll) modules parallel maintenance in Core HR, SSHR and Payroll modules in Oracle EBS.
Successfully implemented the pay scales levels in company and worked with Hays group.
Time Management through SAP and OTL, modification of work schedule rules and updating in SAP. Authorized person to contact with SAP Consultants in Germany in terms for changes, configurations and other functional implementations, like wage type creations etc., their testing and releasing the order in live server from Quality.
Compensation, performance managements and responsible for appraisals system.
Implemented Oracle Phase I successfully (Core HR, SSHR, OTL and Payroll modules)

Achievements at SIG Combibloc Obeikan Middle East Africa
 Job Evaluation and Grading system
180 jobs were evaluated, and position were assigned with grades, used Hays data for benchmarking
 Implementation of PAS System
Worked with Hays Middle East for benchmarking and launched PAS system for SIG Combibloc successfully. Number of development and process improvements were realized and appreciated by SIG Combibloc Management therefore I was rewarded with a special payment along-with 4 years retention plan.
 Oracle HRMS implementation
There was a requirement from Obeikan group to implement Oracle HRMS (EBS system) and I was appointed to lead this project, I delivered and exceeded management expectation in this project
 Ad-hoc Reporting
Developed real time dashboard for monitoring Nitaqat Percentage, Man-hour detail, Cost Optimization, KPI reporting and Employee accruals.
