Coordinate & monitor all execution team and sub-contractors’ team and their work.
- Performs inspections/surveillances based on training received.
- Implements inspection, examination, and testing procedures and records inspection, examination, and testing data.
- Evaluates the validity and acceptability of inspection, examination and testing results and reports inspection, examination, and testing results.
- Performs and documents inspections of subcontractor work.
- Oversees subcontractor inspections and review of subcontractor work. Reviews and audits subcontractor generated quality records.
- Ensures compliance to HSE requirements applicable for their work scope.
- Documents and communicates inspection results in a clear and concise manner. Understands contract requirements and subcontractor(s) contract requirements.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- Performing inspections on concrete works, structural steel, earthworks, and foundation.
- Reviewing and approving quality control documents, test reports, and material submittals.
- Coordinate with the contractor’s foreman in charge of the work on a daily basis to advise on the proper execution of the work.

-Inspect the Temporary and Permanent Works, all Concrete works, Asphalt pavements, Utility works (waterline works, SWD system, etc.), and Structural works to verify the implementation of Method Statements, ITPs, and Quality control Procedures.
- Raising and Closure of Inspection Requests (IR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR)
- Ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards set by the client, ASHGHAL.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed by the contractor in case the work is performed on a Day Works basis.
- Inspecting road construction activities, including earthworks, paving, curbs, and sidewalks, to verify adherence to design requirements.
- Review of construction drawings, technical specification, and contractual documents & Responsible for all site activity including safety and quality.
- Participating in regular audits and assessments to monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor the closure of Non-Compliance Report (NCR), Corrective Action Reports.
- Maintain a Log to monitor status of Request for Inspection (RFI) and make sure all QA/QC documents of the entire project such as, approved inspection requests, calibration certificates, test results, Non-Conformance Reports.

SD Residential building @ Vadakara (B+G+5 building) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Conducting quality assurance inspections on a residential building project located at Vadakara, India. The building had a B+G+5 structure.
-Implementing and ensuring compliance with project-specific quality control procedures, codes, and standards.
-Performing inspections at various stages of construction, including foundation, structural elements, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) installations, finishes, and overall workmanship.
-Participating in project meetings and coordinating with other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of quality-related matters.
