• Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status.
• Check all site related tests and pre-test at factory.
• Coordinate with Material Engineer for all material inspection request. Check materials delivered are as approved and properly stored.
• Control the quality of concrete from check point.
• Maintain all material test logs.
• Responsible for implementation of all quality document related to the CP.
• Monitor third party laboratory work at site.
• Provide feedback to SRE/ME/ARE/Quality Manager for any quality related issue.
• Coordinate with the Clients representative/PMCM at site on all quality matters.
• Verify with independent testing laboratory that all relevant check sheet as per approved ITP meets the project requirements.
• Make sure that any non-conformity has been reported through NON-conformity REPORT (NCR), reviewed by Assistant Resident Engineer/Resident Engineer/Quality Manager.
