• Monitoring contract compliance e.g. Aramco, NEOM, Qiddiya, Maa’den, Red Sea Global and other clients, supporting, updating, implementation and maintaining the integrated management system documentation on new contracts.
• Providing support for the new tender’s submission and Bid team on the Project QHSE requirements.
• Lead the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives in the organization by developing robust and comprehensive framework, comprising of environmental aspects for sustainability.
• Actively participated in the Transformation Project w.r.t QHSE Management system revamping and process optimization.
• Develop the SMART Objectives and KPI’s to effectively monitor the integrity and continued suitability of the implemented Integrated Management System.
• Overseeing, developing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving the company wide Business systems (ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001).
• Managing QHSE positions, including selection, appraisal, and specifying skills and competences, Training Need Analysis and development requirements.
• More then 150+ HSE trainings delivered in the organization.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements e.g. Civil Defense, NCEC, and Contractual / Client’s, and the Integrated Management System (IMS) Policies, Procedures and Plans.
• Development of Project OHS Plan, Environmental & Social Management Plan, Emergency management plan, Traffic Management Plan, Waste Management Plan, and support the resolution of any technical issues arising related to IMS non-compliance.
• Liaison with government/statutory authorities, alliance and strategic partners, existing and potential customers/clients, external agencies, certification bodies etc.
• Co-ordinate with Contract team on developing Contract specific QHSE and Operational training matrix as per contractual requirements and monitoring its implementation across all contracts.
• Providing HSE related technical advice to the operations teams, and overseeing compliance on all contracts.
• With the support of the Top Management, raise awareness, sharing best practices with the employees to develop a positive Health & Safety culture across all business operations for continual improvement.
• Facilitate departmental meetings, HSE Committee meetings, HSE Alerts, suggestions, awards, etc.
• Conduct and/or coordinate/facilitate investigation of HSE incidents and appropriate corrective/preventive actions.
• Developing OHS Risk Assessment register for all activities, environmental aspects and Impact assessments register, and mitigation plans.
• Co-ordinate with Operations and Commercial team on Sub-contractor’s pre-qualification process as per standard procedure.
• Monitor and report on company’s Health & Safety objectives and targets, and provide advice to the General Manager on setting the following year’s objectives and targets.
• Develop annual Internal IMS Audit plans to verify the compliance as per ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards requirements. Lead the surveillance and recertification audits with External certification bodies.
• Maintain an up to date shared intranet portal which contains the integrated management system documents.
• Organize the Management Systems Review Meeting with all stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly / Quarterly reports on QHSE performance, objectives & Targets progress across the business.

• To develop Quality, Health, Safety & Environment policy, QHSE Manual, Site Safety plan and programs for its implementation at sites.
• To implement Strategy and achieve annual set objectives.
• To ensure quality and health & safety systems are established, audited, and continually measured and reviewed for improvement.
• To develop, maintain and manage documents needed to establish the company's Quality Health & Safety Management System that includes Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI’s), Occupational Safety Control Procedures (OSCP’s) and record forms.
• Conduct Risk Assessment for all high-risk activities at business and prepare Method Statement to perform work activities in safe manner.
• Responds to customer complaints and audit requirements with appropriate sense of urgency and business criticality.
• To investigate all reported incidents / accidents / Near Miss to identify root cause and to implement preventive / corrective actions and report to management and issue safety alerts for employees.
• Develop training matrix / plans to roll out required QHSSE and operations trainings for performance enhancement of all staff and to meet client’s QHSSE requirements.
• To conduct internal audits, prepare audit report and issue NCRs. Follow up on audit findings to implement and verify corrections.
• To conduct site inspections for QHSE improvements and track all observation till its compliance and appropriate corrective action.
• Periodic meeting with customer to understand any requirements, to have their feedback on the services and to gain their trust to enhance the mutual relationship and business.

• To develop, maintain and manage QHSE SOPs, Good Storage & Distribution Practices (GSDP), Work Instructions (WI’s), Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and record forms.
• Incorporate DHL Global Life Science Healthcare Yellow book / WHO / ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 13485 / SFDA TTSPP’s standard requirements into Healthcare QMS documents.
• Responsible of Distribution of approved procedures / forms across all sites for effective management of company policies.
• Responsible for the implementation of DHL-Exel Supply Chain Internal Framework standards of HSE, Quality, Environment, Security and Business Continuity Management systems across all sites in KSA.
• Responds to customer complaints and audit requirements relating Pharmaceutical / Healthcare branches with appropriate sense of urgency and business criticality.
• Ensure accurate and on-time reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) as per the requirement of corporate regional and global teams.
• Coordination for Thermal Mapping of pharmaceutical warehouses and vehicles to ensure warehouse temperature meets the product requirement to comply with Global LSH / MOH / SFDA standards.
• Follow up with site management on legal compliance of their sites for Civil Defense, Municipal, MOH and SFDA licenses.
• To investigate all reported incidents / accidents / Near Miss to identify root cause and to implement preventive / corrective actions and report in company’s Portal and issue safety alerts for employees.
• Conduct Quality, Health, Safety & Security trainings for staff skill building and their performance enhancement to avoid any incident.
• To conduct internal audits, prepare audit report and issue NCRs. Follow up on audit findings to implement and verify corrections.
• Engaging the company in continual system of quality improvement (PDCA), to meet and exceed customer’s expectations.
