Responsibilities:
• Make Master Plan for monthly orders, as per given lead times
• Plan production tasks and schedules according to customer orders and provide Goods ready
date to Sales department.
• Update daily status sheet for all running order from Production report.
• Communicate production status to Sales Department on regular basis.
• Monitor the execution of production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely fashion.
• Investigate production problem, analyze root causes and inform to Engineers to provide solutions.
• Analyze back orders, current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule the
production operations.
• Plan inventory management processes to avoid shortages and excesses.
• Monitor production progress and ensure that final product should be ready on given time.
• Work with management in coordinating and planning production activities to improve runtime.
• Attend Weekly meeting with Marketing Department to solve the customer issues
