• Supervise the concrete lining / Blinding concrete of Tunnels
• Supervise the secondary concrete lining - secondary support

• Supervision of Shotcrete application, installation / grouting of Tensioned / un Tensioned /self drilling rock bolts, fixing of wire mesh, installation of canopy tube pipes, spilling Bolts and grouting according to Rock Mass Rating (RMR).
• Supervise the installation / grouting of spilling rock bolts according to rock mass condition.
• Supervise the Roads infrastructure projects
• Compliance the HSE and safety tools

Role as a Senior Engineer- Construction
Project: NEOM-TROJENA Client: (NEOM-TROJENA) Working as Field Engineer/ Lead Engineer Dam and Tunnels with Bechtel corporation as PMC consultant.

• Responsible for construction oversight of Dam excavation, Roads activities and ensuring compliance of Contractors works are carried out as per as per schedule, and ensures compliance to ES&H plans, quality standards, and local/national regulatory safety codes.
• Provide engineering assistance to contractors and construction engineers, facilitate technical resolution, review change documents, ensure compliance to codes and standard, verify, and approve installations as per the ITPs.
• Prepare / review field sketches and other construction deliverables including temporary facilities, temporary construction aid design / drawings prepared by contractors.
• Reviews specifications, purchase orders, subcontracts, inspection reports, delivery schedules, instruction manuals and technical data.
• Coordinates with the Field Construction Manager on activities afecting the contract administration operation.
• Coordinates with engineering design on constructability issues.
• Maintain Bechtels Zero Accident Philosophy and ensure contractors compliance to the project ES&H plans, site security plan, trafic plans, emergency response plan, housekeeping, fire protection and jobsite work rules.
• Ensure that the Quality requirements are met, and the works are executed as per IFC drawings, standards, codes, and project specifications.
• Identify and reviews contractors NCRs, RFIs, FCRs, or other change documents and its efective implementation to prevent recurrence within the project.
• Review and comment the contractors submittals, technical queries, field change documents and other technical documents including Drawings and As-Builts.
• Monitors and escalates quality, safety, progress and coordination issues and concerns to the supervisors. Preparation of check sheets to ensure that all aspects done accordance to Issue for Construction (IFC) drawing and method statement.
• Ensuring quality compliance in all sites with HSE implementation on site.
• Review and prepares, installation, grouting and tensioning of Ground Anchors data.
• Review the steel reinforcements for concrete lining.
• Review the installation of extensometer and analysis the data.
• Supervise the settlement test and plat load test for rock fill Dam.
• Supervise the steel reinforcement for Box culvert.

Project : MOHMAND DAM HYDROPOWER PROJECT (800 MW) Concrete Rock fill Dam (CFRD) Client : Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPADA) Working as Tunnel Engineer with Mohmand Dam Consultant Group (MDCG) Consultant (A Joint Venture between NESPAK, ACE, MMP, MWH-int, SMEC & DOLSOR in association with MM Pakistan PVT.LTD) Pakistan on Mohmand Dam Hydro Power Project, KPK, Pakistan. My key responsibilities were there to Working as ASSISTANT RESIDENT ENGINEER-TUNNELING with MMP at MOHMAND DAM HYDROPOWER PROJECT (800MWatt).
• STRUCTURES: Diversion Tunnels (L=3.5Km, Excavation Dia= 17.30m, Headrace Tunnel (Excavation Dia=15m), Vertical Shaft, CFRD (Concrete Face Rockfill Dam, Height=215m), Spillway, Powerhouse, Switchyard, Access Roads and Bridges. Key Responsibilities: Tunnels:
• Supervision of Diversion Tunnels Inlet and Outlet Slopes Excavation and Support Installation (Wire Mesh, Rock Bolts, Pre-Stress Anchor Cables, Shotcrete) as per Approved Method Statements, Construction Drawings and Project Specifications.
• Supervision Diversion of Tunnels (Excavation Diameter: 17.30m) excavation and primary support installation (Spraying of 1st Layer Shotcrete, Drilling, grouting and installation of SN & SD Rock Bolts, Drilling and installation of Swellex Rock Bolts, Wire Mesh, Installation of Girders, Spraying of 2nd Layer Shotcrete) as per the encountered Rock Class as per the Approved Method Statements, Construction Drawings and Project Specification.
• Supervision of Pre-Stress Ground Anchors (L=22m) installation in Tunnels, grouting, stressing and acceptance testing (Pull-out Test, Acceptance Test, Suitability Test) as per approved drawing, Construction Method Statements and Project Specification.
• Supervision of Secondary Concrete Lining, Consolidation Grouting and repairing activities as per approved drawing, Construction Method Statements and Project Specification.
• Drafting Letters, Site Instruction and NCRs.
• Preparing daily, weekly & monthly Progress Reports and Tunnels Activities Timing Sheets.
• Managing a team of Junior Engineers, Inspectors and Surveyors.
• Reviewing and commenting on the Contractors submittals like IPC, Method Statements and shop drawings,
• Attending progress, quality and safety meetings with Client and Contractors.
• Helping the Contractor for safe and timely completion of Project through achieving good quality.

Responsibilities (SENIOR TUNNEL ENGINEER)
• Monitor daily progress of works with reference to approved design and work schedule.
• Attend the progress review meeting with the Client and contractors representatives to resolve the problem and other issues regarding site.
• instruct the operator to adjust mining parameters according to rock conditions.
• Systematic support during advance which includes rock bolting (Expansion Shell, Swellex), wire mesh, steel Fiber reinforced Shotcrete and Lattice Girders according to geological rock class.

Worked as Tunnel inspector at Neelum Jhelum Consultant (A joint venture between MWH-int, NORPLAN, NESPAK, ACE & NDC) on strength of National Engineering services Pakistan (Pvt) Pakistan on Neelum Jhelum Hydroelectric Project, AJK, Pakistan from.
Responsibilities (TUNNEL- ENGINEER)

• Continuously monitoring of Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) operations and critical parameters to ensure the machines are being operated properly.
• Notify Contractors TBM Operator, CM & Field Engineers if the monitoring parameters deviate from their target or maximum and minimum values.
• Escalate issue further to the Resident Engineer/ Contractors Site Management team if
• There is consistent deviation in parameters from the expected values and subcontractor does not take any action.
• Critical parameter deviates significantly from the maximum or minimum values.
• Monitoring and recording the following parameters, which could potentially cause over excavation, insatiability at tunnel level and adverse efect on the above structures;

• To evaluate the need for secondary grouting when potential area for over excavation were identified.
