Designed Aluminum wire conductor between converters successfully by going through the design specification requirements for cross section and shape limitation to avoid partial discharge, also finished High Voltage Direct Current light Generation 4 project with responsibility to complete valve water cooling system and lifting arrangements for the Dielectrical test. Now working on the completion of project by updating design, drawings and bill of materials of quadruple cells converter valves using NX 7.5 (unigraphics) as 3D CAD tool and Teamcenter 8 as PLM software and SAP.
Other completed tasks:
Calculation of creepage distance and design according to that for HVDC Light G4 double cell projects
Design and drafting of earth cable system for HVDC Light G4 projects
Writing instructions for replacement of IGBT and capacitor on quadruple cells converter valve.
Responsible for CAD and creating drawings of Couplers and Adapters in NX 7.5 and managing CAD files using Teamcenter PLM system. Creating coupler test procedure documents in MS Word & Excel and creating models for Orders and making drawings of those models. Development work on different projects and provide assistance to project engineers.
Responsible for 3D ing of service trucks and Häggloaders parts in Autodesk Inventor 11 and Pro/E Wildfire 3. I designed a new joint mechanism for a service truck. Project work included designing in Autodesk Inverntor 3D CAD system and Stress Analysis in ABAQUS 6.6. As well as I designed a tilt able protective roof for a scissor board truck and protective system for oil cooler against mud and gravel. I made a cost comparison between Fire Extinguishing system of Fogmaker and Ansul as well as 3D modeled them in Pro/E Wildfire3 on their respective trucks. I am also working on PDM System called Windchill which is used for product data management between Pro/E users. Recently I 3D modeled a conveyor for Häggloader by using previous 2D data.

Management System Responsibilities

My responsibilities were Computer Aided Designing of Various Automotive Parts including Pak Suzuki Speedometer and ATLAS Honda motorcycles parts etc.
Throughout grade 5 and 4 in all the courses attended. Grade 5 is regarded as Excellent and 4 is very good. Masters Project: Create a connection between Solid works and Knowledge Design Studio that allows for parameter transfers. The connection is created in Visual Studio .Net and compiled into a dynamic link library (.dll). Create parametric models of draw bending toolsets that allows for: parametric variations (different sizes on the same profile) Topological variation (different features for assembling the toolset and bending machine) Structure variation (different tool layouts) when modeling non-circular profiles should be considered
Final Year Project Title: Design and Fabrication of Heat Exchanger demonstration Rig. Details: I worked on design and fabrication of concentric double pipe heat exchanger for Heat Transfer laboratory of NED University which is used to demonstrate different heat transferring phenomenon to students. This heat exchanger has two passes and uses water as cold and hot fluid; it can also be used with both parallel and counter flow conditions.
