Currently working as Officer inByco Petroleum Pakistan Limited Logistics department. Functional responsibilities include operation/logistics of crude oil receipt and product shipments from refinery through tank Lorries.
Supervising Crude tanker handling operation at Pakistan first floating jetty. Operation includes tanker ullages, bunkering sounding and cargo calculation etc.
• Discharge supervision of Crude Oil, Furnace Oil, HSD Oil, Motor Gasoline, Jet A-1 & Chemicals onboard Gauging, Calculation & Documentation.
• Pigging operation for less contamination of hydrocarbons.
• Loading supervision of Naphtha, Motor Gasoline, Molasses, Ethanol onboard Gauging, and Calculation& Documentation manual and on SAP.
• Gauging shore tanks prior and completion of discharge, Calculation & Documentation.
• Initial and finalization of shore tanks.
• Making proper lineup from jetty to the terminal.
• Monitoring loading/unloading of cargo.
• Distribution of allocated cargo to different marketing companies like PSO, Shell, Caltex, NRL, PRL &.PARCO
• Calculation of loss/gain of the shore quantities against B/L.
• Ensure all operation as per EHS Compliance.
• Preparation of all Documents related to Operation Department.
• Maintain the record keeping.
• Crude and Finish product reconciliation (Weekly& monthly basis).
• Maintaining all activities related to Operation Department.
• Working and Calculations on Natural, 85 and 60°F & 15 °C (ASTM).
• Awareness of Permit to Work (PTW) system and responsible for implementation
