• Collect and maintain all project-related documents as per CRSM standards.
• Exploring consulting opportunities via online portals, websites, and electronic and print
media, including RFPs, ToRs, and pre-qualification processes.
• Coordination with senior staff to finalize the design research methodologies for diverse
studies, such as mixed-method, experimental, quantitative, or qualitative, for baselines,
mid-lines, evaluations, assessments, and monitoring.
• Conducting literature reviews and analyzing secondary data to refine research approaches,
methodologies, key questions, data collection sources, and analysis methods.

• Proposal Writing and Editing: Writing of proposal (non-technical sections), including staffing,
past performance, and other supporting documentation for completing ToR/RFQ bid
response.
• Perform quality-control editing and proofreading of proposals and supporting documents for
TPM and Evaluation assignments.
• Ensure all technical/non-technical content of the proposal is comprehensive, accurate,
relevant, and aligned with the TORs/RFQ.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support proposal development and enhance the
quality and depth of proposals, including reviewing previous proposals and identifying
successful strategies. Review proposal guidelines and ensure compliance with all
requirements.
• Database Management: Update and maintain client and consultant databases, CVs and
contract records, document repositories, and communication tools to meet proposal
requirements.
• Edit/format CVs of the new consultants as per standard format and add to database for
future use.
• Other duties: Complete any other duties as assigned by the management; Support the
management and teams in succession planning and generating appropriate feedback/data
when and where required.

• Practice on Design and Implement Baseline -line studies, framework, Logical Frame works,
MEAL Plan.
• Contribute to development of program plan.
• Documentation (Preparing for Soft and Hard Data, formats development and are saved
properly and updated regularly.

• Created and maintained standard construction drawings, including master layout, plot plans,
and piping diagrams for both existing and proposed facilities.
• Developed 3D solid models and structural drawings to support engineering and construction
teams.
