• Job Evaluation & Compensation Structure- Established uniformity in the grading structure across the three entities through a comprehensive Job evaluation exercise in consultation with the subject matter experts followed by the development of a comprehensive compensation structure.
• Organizational Culture: Maintained the Morale of the employees during the transitional phase through open & honest communication and various engagement activities.
• Administrative Affairs: Moved the offices to new locations with zero disruptions to business at an optimum cost.
• Union Agreement: Successfully concluded the Union Agreement with a win-win solution.
• Harmonization: Harmonized different policies across the three entities to manage the organizational affairs in a transparent & fair manner. Currently the exercise of preparing a unified HR manual is in progress.
• HRIS software- Base work for an automated solution for HR systems has been completed. A modern HRIS system shall be put in place within the year 2017.
