1. Provide "Athletic Training Services"* to student athletes under the direction of the team
physician or by written referral from a physician, and in accordance with state athletic
training practice act.
2. Maintain appropriate general treatment orders to be reviewed annually and approved by
the team physician.
3. Provide athletic training services for all home athletic contests and away varsity football
games. If a conflict arises between an away varsity football game and a home contest,
the varsity football event will supersede.
1. Social Mobilizer is responsible for mobilizing the community through dialogue, awareness rais-ing and using PRA/RRA tools to identify causes of local problems and their solutions.
1. SM will form a health management committee from the community for each BHU to take own-ership and management at local level for the facilities.
2. SM will provide facilitation in the group formation, election of representatives, record keeping, internal saving mechanism and training/ capacity building of the HMC members
3. SM will ensure active community support for the project activities and ownership.
4. SM will facilitate the weekly meetings of these HMCs and participate from ORGANIZATION’s side.
1. Planning of the social organization in consultation with the project staff under the supervi-sion of the monitoring officer and Project manager Food Security.
2. Identification and selection of the targeted villages in each UC as per set criteria being given by the PM or Monitoring officer.
3. Initial contact with the target communities for the introduction of the Project and informing the communities of the social organisation strategy of the Project
I have master degree of M.sc (Health and physical education) beside this i am a Sports coach, Physical Trainer that is my part time job. Because i am Professional, a Legend, Provincial Winner 2005. 13 times Awarded in Body building sports.
