Presently I am worked with Pakistan leading company in oil and gas sector PAKISTAN PETROLIUM LIMITED. Professional carrier starts in PPL on new 50MMSCFD plant Designed by EXTERRAN in GAMBAT SOUTH Block Joint venturing with ASIA RESOURCES OIL Limited. Worked as Process Technician/Board man, DCS ABB. I have also involved in commissioning and pre-commissioning activities and master startup of the Plant.
• DCS SYSTEM:
The DCS is by ABB and commissioned by Intech engineering.
• WELL HEAD:
Well testing
Wellhead gas compression system having 2 large reciprocating compressors.
Well head Monitoring & control trough control panel system
ESD panel calibration and operation
Chokes replacement and change over
Corrosion Inhibitor & Methanol Injection system
Casing there sizing and there running procedures
Oil and water base mud and their properties
• Gas gathering system:
Feed from different wells is collected and routed to 3-phase separators where gas, liquid and water are separated on the basis of specific gravity
• Gas sweetening and Amine re-generation unit:
We have sour gas having 25% CO2 in the Natural gas, we remove it through the UCARSOL 50% solution, our re-generation system having two trains with one contactor, also have 2 anti-foaming skids on it.
• Condensate stabilization unit CSU:
Stabilization of condensate for removing the lighter gases from condensate using rashing type packed column and having a hot oil bottom feed re-boiler.
• MEG/TEG Regeneration Unit:
Mono Ethylene Glycol/Tri Ethylene glycol injected in gas refrigeration circuit as de hydrator and Anti-Freezing Agent
• HCDP UNIT:
HCDP unit use for the controlling of dew point from the residue gas, using the propane chiller and JT-Effect system on it, having the HCDP analyzer and moisture analyzer on the skid.
• Propane refrigeration System.
Propane is used as a refrigerant for the recovery of LPG and other heavy hydrocarbon, also the systems for make up to refrigeration loop. Also have three screw compressors for refrigeration system.
• LPG Unit:
Recovered the LPG from the gas through refrigeration propane system up to 20MTPD.
• Gas Compression:
GAS from the De-Ethanizer o/H gas compressor is compress through reciprocating compressor to compress the gas in gas network.
• SCADA System:
Well head system controlling through SCADA system to shut down any well from CCR.
• Online Moisture& GC Analyzer
On line GC is used to analyze sale gas composition and moisture analyzer for analyzing the water content in sale gas in CCR.
• Sale gas compressor and Metering skid:
For maximum flowrate and pressure installed the sale gas compressor which is centrifugal compressor single stage by SUNDYNE Industries, and having the sale gas metering skid which have different analyzers (HCDP, MOISTURE, H2S, CO2) by EMMERSONS.
• Utilities:
Having the Instrument air package and N2 generation package, Demine/RO water plant, HP and LP Flare system, Acid gas incinator package, Hot oil system, water chilling package, power generation package by 9.9MW, Fire water and fire engines system.
DEWAN PETROLIUM LTD PAKISTAN: (SEPTEMBER 2015 to 30TH MARCH 2016)
I am worked with Dewan Petroleum (Pvt.) Limited, (DPL) is a Pakistani exploration and production company operating in six exploration licenses and is developing and producing gas and associated condensate from its Salsabil gas field in Pakistan. Worked as a Sr. process operator, Delta-V System (Version 9.3).
Gas Dehydration, LPG Recovery & Condensate Stabilization Plant. I also have the experience of Amine Gas Sweetening to remove H2S & CO2, Glycol and Molecular Sieve bed Gas dehydration, LPG recovery by Turbo -expander, Gas Compression and Condensate/LPG Storage & Loading etc.
