Ensuring all Flow diagrams are accurate and update as changes happen in the processes.
Ensuring PRPs are effectively implemented in the facilities as per PRP programs.
Timely reporting any gaps identified in the PRP as implemented.
Supporting the finished product specifications review and ensuring any changes within the facilities are adequately captured.
Supporting in document review to ensure policies and procedures are adequately followed as documented.
Supporting customer complaints investigation and implementation of corrective actions.
Supporting Non conformances investigations, RCAs.
Ensuring effective implementation of Corrective actions and Preventive actions as indicated in investigations.
Supporting training programs by identifying gaps, preparing training materials and arranging on job training and assessments of CCP and OPRP related staff.
Audit CCP and oPRP monitoring processes within facilities l.
Participating in Quality meetings and deliver actions on tasks as assigned.
Establishing and managing cross departmental communications relevant to task given.
Supporting compliance to the company Health & Safety and Environmental programs.
Performing other duties as required.
Complying with Health, Safety & Environmental regulations and working practices of company and the state of Kuwait when carrying out duties.
Performing Microbial & chemical analysis of UHT Milk, Juices, Fermented, Ice cream & bakery products
Collecting samples of raw materials, products being manufactured and of products in the final pack
Testing of samples of raw materials, water(Millipore method) air(CAMTU kit, Air sampler & swab test), products at all stages of the manufacturing process including release, trail samples and the likes
Test methods in use in the laboratory include TPC, Yeast & Mold, Coliform, Spore forming bacteria, Millipore method, Somatic cell count etc.
Preparation of cultural media like VRBA, SPC, YGCA & diluents
Handling the 3M Petri films, Autoclave Masterclave & laboratory instruments
Ensuring the correct test methods and procedures as per International & Regulatory standards are adhered to all times. Reviewing of documents as per agreed frequency. Making sure that all test/results are documented
Implementing and maintaining 5S within the lab
Supporting quality improvements projects through data analysis, problem solving and report writing
Responsibly handling for training, validation & calibration of new and existing equipment as per schedule & procedures
Maintaining GMP within the lab at all times, participate in annual and customer audits - ensuring any related audit findings is closed on timely basis
Achieve OPIs to align departmental goals to KDD vision and mission
Microbial analysis of Water samples
E.coli - Mac-conkey / Eosin methyl blue media
Coliform - Violet red bile agar media , Aerobic bacteria - Standard Plate count media, Yeast & mold- Yeast Glucose Chloramphenicol media, Sulfur reducing bacteria- Differential reinforced media, Pseudomonas aeruginosa- Asparagine proline / Milk agar media
Water analysis by Millipore tech using membrane filters by m-endo/ chromo cult broth
Chemical analysis like pH, TDs, Conductivity etc.
Collecting and sending samples to other lab
Maintaining documentation and reports.
