• Supplier invoices received and process in PC transmittal.
• Prepared payment certificate of supplier and compile with invoices.
• Encode Cash Statement in Unix System of all purchaser and verified all invoices.
• Prepared Debit Note of Suppliers.
• Encode STC Telephones bills in Unix System on monthly basis.
• Schedule in-hose meeting.
• Manage and order office supplies.
• Maintain physical and digital employee's record.
• Update Employees information in Data Base like Iqama update, Exit re-entry and labor card fee.
• Generate PPEs request for all employees.
• Maintained petty cash.
• Generate Purchase Request in R-System
• Managing and organizing office documents/verification.
