• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard software like Primavera P6, Ms Project.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify project requirements and constraints.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential delays or issues and recommending solutions
• Identifying and managing risks.
• Develop cost estimates for projects, including labor, materials, and equipment
• Coordinate resources, including manpower and equipment, to ensure timely completion of projects
• Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Prepare regular reports on project progress and performance

• Create detailed project schedules that outline the tasks, duration, & resources needed to complete a construction project on time.
• Monitor the progress of the project and compares it to the project schedule to identify any delays or potential issues.
• Communicate project schedules, status updates and other relevant information to project stakeholders, including the project manager, the client and the construction team.
• Prepare daily progress reports that provide information on projects progress, including the percentage of work completed, remaining work and planned work for the next reporting period.
• Continuous improvement activities to identify areas for improvement in project scheduling and implementation.
