• Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets and evaluate on-the-job performance.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and store issues.

responsibilities include:
• Proactively develop sales by selecting an appropriate range of options for the customer, provide good product knowledge, overcoming objections and offering appropriate additional items (link selling).
