 Configuration and troubleshooting of Access switches and BDS. Cisco (ME34), Packet Front ASR, Huawei Switches(S33k, S9K), Genband Nortel server, GPON Technologies (Huawei U2000, Alcatel Lucent, Ericsson Entriview) and MSAN.
 Configuring Access layer devices (3com switches, pirelli, Meadiatrix, Tilgin, I3Micro, Zhone and Xavi).
 Managing IP address and VLANS.
 Responsible for quality of service and assurance and meeting the terms and conditions as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed with the business.
