Role as Project Manager:
Manage different project activities from planning, initiating, monitoring and controlling to closing.
Gather requirements from Client and transform into technical Documents.
Controlling and monitoring of development activities according to user requirements
This project is used for Builders and agents. Builders can manage their related data efficiently through this
system. Main modules are Contacts Management, Transactions Management, Builder Management,
Employees Management, Agents Management. Builders can view different type of report to track their
business in an efficient way.
Role as Team Lead:
Gather requirements from Client and transform into technical Documents.
Controlling and monitoring of development activities according to user requirements
Actively involved in development of key modules.
