Area of Responsibilities during Career;
Pre - Contracts Planning
• Preparation of Tender Schedule (level 2 or 3) including proposed Methodology, Duration analysis, Resource Analysis, Scope Matrix, Organization Chart, Manpower Histograms & S-curve, Method Statement, etc.
Post-Contract Planning
• Preparation of Baseline Schedule (Level 3 or 4) in coordination with the project team including timeframes, resources & equipment schedule/histograms, submittal logs, cost loading.
• Collecting & recording all necessary data (% Complete, Actual labor (Man-hours), etc) for schedule update.
• Analyzing updated schedule, reporting of problem areas and suggesting corrective actions
• Generating weekly/bi-weekly and/or monthly progress reports.
• Sub-contractors programs review and interlink with the baseline program, progress monitoring, reporting and addressing the areas of concern.
• Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Project Title : GATE DISTRICT TOWERS 3-8,
Total Cost: Approx, AED 3.3 Billion (US $0.89 Billion)
Description of Works:
- Basement levels of car parking and MEP services;
- Multi-Storey ( Ground plus 5 ) Podium containing car parking, retail space restaurant, health club facilities, swimming pool and terraced garden;
- Towers T3, T4 and T5 consisting of 62 storeys towers with studios, 1 bedroom/2 bedroom/3 bedroom apartments and town houses ( part of podium );
- Tower T7 ground plus 22 storeys oval plan block with studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom apartments; and
- The Upper Bridge Hat Structure - roof level bridge element topping towers T3, T4 and T5 comprising penthouse duplex apartments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Working as a Planner, monitoring the execution of work for Towers and bridge over it.
• Prepare daily & Weekly Reports. Update Monitoring schedules on Primavera 6.7
• Prepare Budget, Actual & Remaining Quantities with productivity status for Structural & Finishes works.
• Identify critical activities on site.
• Updating Subcontractors Payment programmes.
• Assist the Construction team to chase up the Target as per Baseline Programme.
• Analysis of Delays, mitigation and recovery.
• Forecasting completion of works and sequencing.
• Tracking Remaining works at project’s closeout stage.
Projects: CONSTRUCTION OF VILLAS, OFFICE BUILDING (G+4) & MOSQUES
Responsibilities
• Monitoring different sites and execution of works.
• Assisting the Project Managers with the outcomes and technicalities in projects.
• Prepare daily site reports for projects and update actual progress on Primavera
• Ordering site material and handling procurement issues.
• Coordination with consultants and clients.
• Prepare BOQs and estimation reports for ongoing construction projects.
