• Coordination with Operator and vendor in MNS (Managed Network Services)
• Active coordination with TAC3 in implementing upgrades and problem solving
• Installation of Hardware, Software Commissioning, and Integration of IN and VAS Platform with SS7 networks such as MSC/STP and all kind of peer nodes
• Second line support with necessary expertise to resolve Issues escalated from first line diagnostics
• Tariff Management to enhance existing features and implement new packages.
• Provide technical reports to identify cause of problems and give preventive measures to avoid same problem happen again
• Fault identification and rectification, Remote fault resolution
• Provide guidance and support for software delivery and upgrades
• Cooperate with third line support and R&D to deal with the technical problems such as collecting statistics, databases, configuration files and logs.
• Routine maintenance and customer support
• Configuring needed resources
• Fulfill the service configuration and activation according to the plan
• Health Check for daily, quarterly and yearly maintenance
• BOQ verification, PAT with Customer
