Arrange and ensure smooth availability of Raw Material in line with production requirement.
Monitor compliance of ISO & HACCP in the Raw Material section.
Planning & procuring of Raw Materials as per Rolling Sales Forecast provided by Marketing Team.
Preparation of Purchase Order and its follow-ups & surety of timely deliveries.
Guidance to Supply Chain Officer in procurement role including planning of materials, preparation of purchase order, verification of supplier's invoices etc
Keeping the prices well within Budgetary limits defined by the Budgeting Deptt
Working out materials requirement on weekly or fortnightly basis to coop up the requirements of Production Deptt.
Smooth coordination wih all Departments
Any other responsibility assigned by the Line Manager from time to time
