• To receive and log all incidents and requests via telephone, web portal and emails within SLAs
• To configure and deploy of DSL modems (ADSL and SDSL), Cisco2600 router and Catalyst switch 3550
• To troubleshoot ADSL/DSL and Clients Network Problem after analyzing the network scenario.
• To configuring different bandwidths depending on DSLAM ports as per user request
• To performing Loop Test (b/w the Exchange and Customer Premises)
• To providing End-to-End Connectivity, Assigning IP Address, Default Gateways, DNS settings and remotely connecting to client’s devices for troubleshooting or Firmware up gradation
